Bellota Raptor+ Rasp

The Bellota Raptor+ Rasp is 33% wider than regular rasps, ideal for large hooves. Special STEEL characteristics combined for the longest durability. The rasp side is MOST AGGRESSIVE (8 teeth/row) for the fastest removal of hoof material and the file side is COARSE cut for the most efficient finish in all working conditions.

Prime Finish Rasp

The Prime Finish+ file features the new chip-breaker cut for a smoother wall finish.  The coarse side of this file has a cut that is the same as the smooth side of the Razor Plus.  High-grade Bellota steel provides extra durability.

Prime Level Rasp

The Prime Level complements the Top Level rasp, providing the same wider, thinner model and aggressive rasp side with a new “chip breaker” style file side. Packed 6 to a box and 24 to a case.

Top Level Rasp

The Bellota Top Level is slightly thinner and about 12% wider (approximately 1.95") than traditional Bellota styles. The 8 tooth rasp side pattern has an aggressive cut and an intermediate file side, similar to the Top Sharp.

RAZOR+ Rasp

 

The new Bellota RAZOR+ rasp is replacing the previous RAZOR.  It is everything the RAZOR rasp was – and more.  After a great deal of time in development and testing, Bellota is now producing the RAZOR+.  Using a higher grade material for the RAZOR+, it has proven in farrier testing to have a longer life.  In addition, the tooth design is more aggressive and requires only a very light stroke in the early stages of using the rasp.

Bellota Ergonomic File Handles

The treatment process of Bellota tools ­ hardening, tempering ­ is carried out with painstaking care. The Cross Pein hammer is available in three sizes: 1.25 lb., 1.61 lb., and 2 lbs.
