Kerckhaert Dura Max

The Dura Max will replace the Dura Plain and Standard Max series by combining features of both shoe styles into one. The Dura Max features a full, thick toe and a hybrid width of stock between the original stock sizes of the Dura Plain and Standard Max.  Dura Max shoes, in sizes 00-3, have increased width and thickness from the Dura Plain and Standard Max.  The 3/8" thickness, width of stock, deep V-crease, and clean punching makes this an excellent shoe for modifications and extra wear.

These Hybrid nails have a special heat treatment in the head of the nails; providing additional wear while remaining stronger throughout the shoeing cycle. Available in sizes 3, 4, 5 and 6. Packed in 250 piece boxes, 12 to a case.

PLEXUS FULL SUPPORT PADS

Plexus Full Support pads by Austin Edens, CJF are now available. The new pads offer more options for frog and caudal support, and because these pads are designed to fit both fronts and hinds, farriers will find they need to carry less inventory. The Full Support pads are available in sizes S-M and fit size 00-3 feet.
 

FOOTPRO™

FootPro Solid Carbide Studs

The FootPro Solid Carbide Studs are available in C11 (P-11 equivalent) and C13 (P-13 equivalent). Both will require a 17/64” drill bit. Solid carbide provides excellent wear and traction. There will be an insert in each jar cautioning users to not “bottom out” the studs when installing them, and to use a brass or soft face steel hammer. The studs are packed in small jars. The C11 has 24 studs and C13 has 48 studs. Priced by each but sold by jar quantity only.

BLOOM FORGE

Bloom Hot Fit Lock Tong

The Bloom Forge Hot Fit Lock Tong has a ring at the rein end to lock the tong reins together when on a shoe. This allows the user to check the fit of the shoe and set the shoe and tong down without losing the grip on the shoe. The tong end is set for 5/16" stock so it can be used as a fire tong if desired when shaping and modifying shoes.

Diamond Max Glide Rasp

The innovative and unique manufacturing process of the Diamond Max Glide creates a high-quality rasp and file; 10% wider than the standard rasp.  The rasp side features a 9-tooth pattern with slightly smaller teeth, and a file side with Chip Breaker.

New Enhancements!

These nippers are precision forged from high-quality steel.  With enhanced sharpening and thinner cutting edges, the nippers go through the hoof much easier.  The Heat Treat is excellent and they are holding up very well, even with harder feet.  Farriers are providing positive feedback on the cutting performance.
