FootPro Solid Carbide Studs

The FootPro Solid Carbide Studs are available in C11 (P-11 equivalent) and C13 (P-13 equivalent). Both will require a 17/64” drill bit. Solid carbide provides excellent wear and traction. There will be an insert in each jar cautioning users to not “bottom out” the studs when installing them, and to use a brass or soft face steel hammer. The studs are packed in small jars. The C11 has 24 studs and C13 has 48 studs. Priced by each but sold by jar quantity only.

 

KNKUT Traction Products

KnKut products are designed to complement the various studs and traction devices we have in our program.

The most exciting items are the Step Point Drill Bits. The design of these US made bits allows the bit to begin drilling without the need for a center punch mark. It also makes the drilling go much smoother without catching or grabbing as it starts or exits at the bottom of the hole. Drilling with this bit produces a very precise hole. The 17/64" Step Point bit is perfect for the Solid Carbide Studs and other studs that require 17/64" holes.

We also now have a Drilling/Tapping fluid available in a 4oz plastic bottle.

The 5/16" Step Point bit can be used to drill before tapping (though it does not have a countersink feature) and a "stubby" length 17/64" bit. The short bit is more stable than the typical jobber length bits and is the right fit for our drive-in studs.
